A 45 minute full body workout combining strength, sculpt, and pilates for the ultimate burn. Grab your weights, gliders, and bands and let's get after it.

20 Minute Quickie
A perfect sweat for when you're in a pinch. These vary from split days (meaning just upper, lower, or core) to a full body cram sesh that is just as effective.

I’m a group fitness instructor and personal trainer in Los Angeles. Sweat with Hannah came to fruition as a need for movement, positivity, and a sense of community during the pandemic. In a time of uncertainty, I was able to connect with so many women, taking 45 minutes out of the day to focus on nothing but the workout. It quickly became a saving grace.

The goal for me with SWH is to have my clients leave feeling accomplished, strong, happy (and sweaty), but little did I know that I too would leave feeling the same way from seeing all the hard work, community, and consistency from these women. A win-win in my book. If you’re searching for an incredibly effective workout from your living room, hotel, and beyond, look no further. No matter the skill level, you are welcome here.
