I’m a group fitness instructor and personal trainer in Los Angeles. Sweat with Hannah came to fruition as a need for movement, positivity, and a sense of community during the pandemic. In a time of uncertainty, I was able to connect with so many women, taking 45 minutes out of the day to focus on nothing but the workout. It quickly became a saving grace.
The goal for me with SWH is to have my clients leave feeling accomplished, strong, happy (and sweaty), but little did I know that I too would leave feeling the same way from seeing all the hard work, community, and consistency from these women.
